When you work with us, you become a collaborator in the process of creation — from raw materials to real treasure, through our custom design process.

The process begins with your detailed inquiry, and from there a phone call with our designer to discover more about your vision and learn about our process. You’ll work 1-1 with our designer using our in-house CAD Design process, receiving realistic renderings of your project and collaborating on details until the piece matches your needs and desires so you receive a piece you’ll love for years to come. We offer clear communication by email with progress photos and check-ins as your piece unfolds. We build pieces to last — offering natural hard wax oil and ceramic waterproof finishes, depending on your needs — and we guarantee our work.
